What we collect
- Ticket and attendee details, such as name, company, job title and email.
- Exhibitor and sponsor inquiries, including company and contact details.
- Speaker applications and nominations, including LinkedIn profile, proposed topic and headshot.
- Award nominations, judge and advisor applications, media registrations and newsletter sign-ups.
- Website and cookie data, such as the pages you visit and basic device and browser information.
- Live chat messages, if you contact us through chat.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
We use personal data to sell and deliver tickets, run the event, handle exhibitor, sponsor and speaker requests, and send the event updates you sign up for. We rely on our contract with you for tickets and bookings, on your consent for newsletters and marketing emails, and on our legitimate interests in running and improving the event.
International transfers
We are based in the United States and process personal data there. Where our service providers process data in other countries, we use contractual safeguards to protect it.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes above, including to meet legal, accounting and reporting requirements, and then delete or anonymize it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact events@rlexpo.com.
Marketing opt-out
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in each email, or by contacting events@rlexpo.com.
Complaints
You can complain to the data protection or consumer protection authority where you live.
