RL Expo 2027 takes place on March 23–24 at the Bellagio Hotel & Casino, with the Workshop and Masterclass day, setup and Welcome Reception on Monday, March 22. Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) is about 3.5 miles from the Bellagio, 10–15 minutes by car. Attendees arrange their own transport; Uber, Lyft, taxis and rental cars are available. Arrive at least 60 minutes before the start for check-in and registration.

The Welcome Reception is on the evening of Monday, March 22, and the Conference Pass includes Networking Receptions at Ole Red Las Vegas and Cheri Rooftop. On property: signature restaurants such as Picasso, and casual options. Beyond the expo: the Strip after hours, Red Rock Canyon (a 25-minute drive), Grand Canyon day trips by helicopter or bus, and the Fountains of Bellagio, every 30 minutes in the afternoon and every 15 minutes after 8 PM.
