Share practical lessons, data, and operator perspective with leaders across returns, recovery, refurbishment, resale, ITAD, and circular supply chains. RL Expo is built for substance: peer-to-peer insight, candid panels, and stories from the field—not generic keynotes. If that sounds like your work, we want to hear from you.
We welcome practitioners (brand, retail, logistics, ITAD, refurbishment), operators with measurable programs, and partners who can bring customer or joint case studies. Analysts and researchers with rigorous data are also a fit when tied to applied outcomes.
The program may include keynotes, moderated panels, fireside conversations, and deep-dive case studies. Formats are matched to content: some topics need debate; others need a single owner walking through how they solved a hard problem. The programming team will suggest the best fit if your idea is accepted.

Programming is curated for balance across industries, topics, and formats. Submitting does not guarantee a slot; we may also propose a different format or timing that fits the overall agenda.
Speaker benefits (such as a complimentary pass) and any travel or accommodation arrangements are confirmed with accepted speakers in writing. Do not assume travel is covered unless the team explicitly says so.
Accepted speakers may be asked for a headshot, final bio, and deck outline ahead of the event for the Agenda and Speakers pages.
Program integrity: RL Expo prioritizes educational value for attendees. Pure product demos or sales pitches without operational substance are unlikely to be selected. Thank you for helping us keep the stage credible.
Passes for March 23–24, 2027 are available on the official tickets page. Join the conversation from the audience.
