CALL FOR SPEAKERS · MARCH 23–24, 2027 · BELLAGIO LAS VEGAS

Apply to speak

Share practical lessons, data, and operator perspective with leaders across returns, recovery, refurbishment, resale, ITAD, and circular supply chains. RL Expo is built for substance: peer-to-peer insight, candid panels, and stories from the field—not generic keynotes. If that sounds like your work, we want to hear from you.

Why speak at RL Expo

Audience that ships work

Attendees include operators, OEMs, retailers, 3PLs, and solution partners actively improving reverse flows—not a passive trade-show crowd.

Problem-led program

Sessions are organized around real constraints: cost, speed, recovery rate, compliance, customer experience, and sustainability outcomes.

High-signal networking

Two focused days at the Bellagio make it easier to connect before and after your slot with people who can use what you share.

Who we're looking for

Your story belongs in front of people who are building the next generation of returns, recovery, and circular operations.

We welcome practitioners (brand, retail, logistics, ITAD, refurbishment), operators with measurable programs, and partners who can bring customer or joint case studies. Analysts and researchers with rigorous data are also a fit when tied to applied outcomes.

Topics we care about

We are especially interested in submissions that touch these themes (not an exclusive list):

Session formats

The program may include keynotes, moderated panels, fireside conversations, and deep-dive case studies. Formats are matched to content: some topics need debate; others need a single owner walking through how they solved a hard problem. The programming team will suggest the best fit if your idea is accepted.

PROCESS

How it works

From nomination to recognition at RL Expo.

01

Send your idea

Use our Contact page and putSpeaker submissionin the subject or opening line so it routes quickly.

02

Include the details below

A short abstract and three takeaways help us evaluate fit against the rest of the agenda.

03

We follow up

The team reviews submissions on a rolling basis and will reply by email if we need more information or to move forward.

Selection & logistics

Programming is curated for balance across industries, topics, and formats. Submitting does not guarantee a slot; we may also propose a different format or timing that fits the overall agenda.

Speaker benefits (such as a complimentary pass) and any travel or accommodation arrangements are confirmed with accepted speakers in writing. Do not assume travel is covered unless the team explicitly says so.

Accepted speakers may be asked for a headshot, final bio, and deck outline ahead of the event for the Agenda and Speakers pages.

Program integrity: RL Expo prioritizes educational value for attendees. Pure product demos or sales pitches without operational substance are unlikely to be selected. Thank you for helping us keep the stage credible.
