Travel information

Airport & transportation

Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) is approximately 3.5 miles from the Bellagio, with an average travel time of 10–15 minutes depending on traffic.

Getting to the hotel

Attendees are responsible for their own transportation to and from the airport. Uber, Lyft, taxis, and rental cars are all readily available. We recommend confirming your transportation plans in advance.

Arrival recommendation

To ensure a smooth check-in and registration experience, we recommend arriving at the venue at least 60 minutes prior to the start of the event.

Walk the Strip from the Bellagio to the Cosmopolitan and Caesars. The fountains run on a schedule after dark, and the atmosphere is unlike anywhere else.

Red Rock Canyon

A 25-minute drive from the Bellagio. Scenic loop, hiking trails, and a complete reset from the Strip’s pace.

Grand Canyon day trip

Helicopter tours and bus excursions from Vegas make a Grand Canyon day trip realistic before or after the expo.

Don't miss the fountains

The Fountains of Bellagio run every 30 minutes in the afternoon and every 15 minutes after 8 PM. A perfect break between sessions.
